Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the TalkVoip mobile application (the "App") operated by Key Network Services Ltd ("we", "our", or "us").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

TalkVoip is a SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) softphone application that allows users to make and receive Voice over IP (VoIP) calls. The App provides:

• SIP registration and calling functionality
• Integration with iOS CallKit for native call handling
• Support for DTMF tones and IVR navigation
• Call management features (hold, park, transfer)
• Multiple account support

User Requirements

To use the App, you must:

• Have a compatible iOS device running iOS 18.0 or later
• Have an active SIP account from a VoIP service provider
• Have an internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data)
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

Third-Party Services

VoIP Provider

TalkVoip is a client application that connects to third-party SIP servers. We do not provide VoIP service ourselves. You are responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining your own SIP account
• Any fees charged by your VoIP provider
• Compliance with your VoIP provider's terms of service
• The legality of VoIP use in your jurisdiction

We are not responsible for the availability, quality, or reliability of your VoIP provider's service.

Emergency Services

IMPORTANT: VoIP services, including calls made through TalkVoip, may not support emergency services (999, 911, 112, or equivalent) in the same way as traditional telephone services. Emergency services may:

• Not be available through your VoIP provider
• Not accurately identify your location
• Not function during power or internet outages

Do not rely solely on TalkVoip for emergency communications. Maintain alternative means of contacting emergency services.

Intellectual Property

App Content

The App, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by Key Network Services Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Trademarks

TalkVoip and the TalkVoip logo are trademarks of Key Network Services Ltd. Other product and company names mentioned may be trademarks of their respective owners.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Use the App for harassment, fraud, or spam calls
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will meet your requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Calls will always connect or maintain quality
• The App will be compatible with all SIP providers
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEY NETWORK SERVICES LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Missed calls or failed connections
• Service interruptions from your VoIP provider
• Issues arising from third-party services or networks

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Key Network Services Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Changes to the App

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time
• Update these Terms at any time
• Add or remove features from the App
• Release updates that may change functionality

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Key Network Services Ltd regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
