Key Network Services Ltd ("we", "our", or "us") operates the TalkVoip mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of data when you use our App.

Information We Collect

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

TalkVoip stores the following data locally on your device:

• Account Credentials: SIP username, password, and server settings stored securely in iOS Keychain
• Call History: Records of calls made and received, including phone numbers, timestamps, and duration
• Favorites: Phone numbers you have saved as favorites
• Settings: Your app preferences and configuration

This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit:

• Personal identification information (name, email, address)
• Location data
• Contact information from your address book
• Call recordings or conversation content
• Device identifiers or analytics data
• Advertising or tracking data

Network Communications

TalkVoip is a VoIP application that communicates over the internet. The following data is transmitted during use:

SIP Signaling

To make and receive calls, the App sends SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) messages to your configured SIP server. This includes:

• Your SIP username and authentication credentials
• Phone numbers you call
• Call setup and teardown information

This communication is between your device and your SIP provider's servers. We do not operate or have access to these servers.

Audio Streams (RTP)

Voice audio during calls is transmitted using RTP (Real-time Transport Protocol) directly between your device and the remote party or your SIP provider's media servers.

Encryption Options

TalkVoip supports encrypted communications:

• TLS: Encrypts SIP signaling when using TLS transport
• SRTP: Encrypts audio streams when supported by your provider

We strongly recommend enabling TLS transport for secure communications.

Third-Party Services

The App interacts with the following third-party services:

Your SIP Provider

TalkVoip connects to the SIP server you configure. Your VoIP provider's privacy policy governs how they handle your call data. We are not responsible for your provider's data practices.

STUN/TURN Servers

If configured, the App may use STUN (Session Traversal Utilities for NAT) or TURN servers for NAT traversal. These servers help establish connections but do not have access to call content.

Apple Push Notification Service

For incoming call notifications, the App uses Apple's PushKit service. Push tokens may be sent to your SIP provider to enable wake-up notifications.

Data Storage and Security

All user data is stored locally on your device:

• Credentials: Stored in iOS Keychain with hardware encryption
• Call History: Stored in local database using SwiftData
• Settings: Stored in app preferences

This data:

• Remains on your device at all times
• May be included in iCloud backup if enabled
• Is deleted when you uninstall the App
• Can be cleared within the App settings

Permissions

TalkVoip requests the following iOS permissions:

• Microphone: Required for voice calls
• Contacts: Optional, for displaying contact names and calling from contacts
• Notifications: For incoming call alerts

You can manage these permissions in iOS Settings at any time.

Children's Privacy

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App contains no user accounts with us, no social features, and collects no personal data.

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it:

• Access: View your call history and settings within the App
• Deletion: Clear call history and settings via the App, or uninstall to remove all data
• Portability: Your data exists only on your device
